What data do we collect?

• First and last name
• E-mail address
• History of orders and purchased tickets
• IP address (for security and auditing)

For what purpose?

• Customer account management and authentication
• Order processing and ticket delivery
• Customer support and communication
• Fulfilment of legal obligations (accounting, tax documents)

Retention period

We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and further in accordance with statutory periods (5 years for tax documents, 10 years for accounting records). After these periods expire, the data is securely deleted.
