Money back on cancellation
If the organizer cancels the event, we refund your tickets. Refunds are processed within a few days and we notify you by email. A small payment processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.
TicketAll Protect applies to event cancellations by the organizer. Returning a ticket due to a change of mind follows the specific organizer's rules.
