Withdrawal from a purchase of goods

How withdrawal works

• The period is 14 days and starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, take delivery of the goods.
• You may withdraw without giving a reason. It is enough to send the notice before the period expires.
• Send the notice to the event organiser – their details are in your order confirmation. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
• Return the goods to the organiser no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• After withdrawal we will refund all payments including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you prove that you have sent them.
• Delivery costs are refunded up to the cheapest standard delivery option we offer. If you return only part of an order, shipping is not refunded.
• The refund is paid out by the TicketAll platform on the organiser’s instruction, to the same means of payment you used.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets

A ticket for an event taking place at an agreed time is a contract for a leisure-related service. Under § 19(1)(l) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. the consumer has no right to withdraw from it within 14 days. Refunds when an event is cancelled or rescheduled are covered by Article 5 of the terms and conditions.
